Every family has a story. Ours is told through food. Born in Algeria, Wahid brought his roots with him when he moved to Colorado—a journey that would become part of the inspiration behind Paris Crêpe.
In 2010, Wahid and Stacy opened Paris Crêpe in Colorado Springs. Together, they created a family-owned crêperie inspired by international cuisine, bringing their own sense of welcome to a beloved French classic. Their vision was simple: make room for discovery, serve something delicious, and give people a reason to gather.
For us, a crêpe is a canvas. It can hold a comforting breakfast, a bold savory combination, or a beautifully indulgent sweet treat. Our menu reflects that curiosity: Parisian inspiration, flavors from around the world, and the pleasure of finding a new favorite.
Today, that story continues in Nevada. From our Colorado beginnings to our Galleria Mall location and our upcoming Town Square Las Vegas opening, Wahid and Stacy’s family spirit remains at the heart of Paris Crêpe.
